Principal Responsibilities:   

• Creating user-centric designs by understanding business requirements
• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
• Creating surveys for research through various methodologies
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
• Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
• Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Use recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experiences

Knowledge / Skills & Experience: 

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Excellent problem-solving abilities coupled with creative thinking
• Recognizing visual components such as text, component, layout, typefaces, and so on
• Working knowledge of the top design software, such as Figma, Adobe XD as well as basics of tools like illustrator and Photoshop, and so on
• Thorough understanding of colour correction methods
• Should have good communication skills
• Financial services domain knowledge will be an added advantage

Educational Requirements: 

• A relevant Undergraduate degree or Post Graduate degree
• Any Certification in UI/UX will be an advantage
